Are you Trying to Live a Healthier Life?

Most of these tips seem like common sense and easier said than done. It’s hard to get healthy while living in the world of fast food, long working days and not much time to sleep. I’ve been more mindful about what I eat, reducing sugar and alcohol intake, drinking much more water, and being sure to get at least 6 hours of sleep each night. It’s living a healthier life style that has made me feel better overall.

One of the most challenging things to do is to live a healthy life, and most people can’t stay healthy all the time. You, too, have problems living a healthier life and this is understandable because making changes is never as easy as it sounds

My boss taught me a few things about how to keep clients healthy so their faces would continue to look amazing. Since then, I’ve learned a lot more about the risks of damaging ultraviolet rays from the sun, especially during those early-20s years. But I still don’t think my husband — or most men — realize they could get melanoma (a deadly form of skin cancer) by spending just 20 minutes a day outdoors! If more men knew this, they might be more diligent about applying sunscreen year-round.
